by choosing to commission me, you agree that 1) you read the following terms 2) you accept all conditions listed on this service
GENERAL
💥clients may share my work through their platform as long as I am visibly credited💥DO NOT claim my work as your own💥i DO NOT condone any of my artwork to be used in any form of AI training
COPYRIGHT & USAGE
💥i reserve the rights for artworks produced from my service(s) to be featured on my portfolio and other art related platforms💥my commissions are for PERSONAL USE by default💥usage of my artwork for MONETIZED CONTENT or COMMERCIAL MERCHANDISING will require additional fees💥reproduction of my artwork outside of personal use is PROHIBITED, unless the option was discussed or agreed upon by both parties
PAYMENT
💥prices are in USD
💥payment(s) can be done:
a) upfront
or
b) half and half
- minimum invoice amount must be paid before I start your commission
- remaining amount must be paid before completion
REFUNDS & REVISIONS
SKETCH > LINE > COLOUR💥sketch phase: 50% refund
💥line & colour phase: 20% refund
💥finished piece CAN NOT be refunded💥revisions can be discussed at any point during the sketch phase, free of charge💥major revisions once the artwork is lined/coloured is subject to additional cost ($5~20 depending on complexity)💥commissions i am unable to complete for personal reasons will be FULLY refunded
DEADLINES & DELIVERY
💥strict deadlines must be communicated properly💥estimated wait-time for my commission:
1) sketch: 2-7 business days
2) completion: 3-4 Weeksnote: wait-time may subject to change depending on the complexity of the commission, workload, and personal reasons
COMMUNICATION
💥 updates will be sent through your preferred contact💥 final artwork and any relevant files will be sent through email
